Main duties

• Allocating payments 
• Resolving customer queries 
• Performing electronic invoicing 
• Monitoring recovery procedures 
• Researching customer accounts 
• Preparing monthly reports 
• Liaising with clients including chasing debt
• Be tenacious with attention to detail
• Maintain strong communication, liaise confidently & clearly with people at all levels 
• Look to familiarise yourself with the software & platforms used by the company & its clients.
