Main duties

  • Administer Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable 
  • Reconciliation of client bank accounts
  • Process sales invoices 
  • Administer day-to-day finances 
  • Manage online banking on behalf of clients including; online payments & transfers 
  • Prepare monthly accounting reconciliations 
  • Administer credit control/debt collection 
  • Administer & process payment of bills, invoices & staff expense claims 
  • Processing of payroll journals & liaising with third party payroll bureaus 
  • Ensure financial controls are adhered to 
  • Assist in preparation of year-end accounts & audits 
  • Administer stock control
  • Improve controls for collection & reconciliation of income  
  • Develop & administer financial procedures
  • Within your team & working with management
