Main duties

  • Administer Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Ledgers
  • Reconciliation of Client bank accounts
  • Process sales invoices
  • Administer day-to-day bookkeeping roles
  • Manage online banking on behalf of clients including online payments & transfers
  • Prepare monthly accounting reconciliations 
  • Administer & process payment of bills, invoices & staff expense claims
  • Processing of payroll journals & liaising with 3rd party payroll Bureaus
  • Ensure financial controls are adhered to 
  • Assist in preparation of year-end accounts & audits
  • Provide support to junior members of staff
  • Take ownership & be comfortable managing your own workload
  • Delegate & train tasks to other team members
  • Confidently communicate with clients either by phone, email or face to face
  • Support with onboarding of new clients
