Christine Hills
CEO

Co-Founder of Cloudsource Solutions, I’m experienced in many sectors, and a sound believer that although the business genre may be different, a debit is a debit and a credit is a credit – simples.

My responsibilities include taking Cloudsource Solutions to the next level, supporting all of the team at all levels, building relationships with clients to add the ‘partnership’ in the Cloud feel. We are not automated data processors, we are confidential partners to our clients, with expertise to manage their finance tasks remotely.

The best thing at Cloudsource Solutions is seeing the teams work as one, all whilst adding value to new clients who have lost their way in their finances.

Out of work? Dogs, dogs, dogs and – oh! and family!

Simon Michaels
Chairman

A part-time CFO and co-founder of Cloudsource Solutions Ltd. They say time passes when you are having fun and we have certainly had plenty of fun building this business.

To watch a business grow from a desk in a garage to a multi-disciplined business is a great feeling. I am extremely proud of what we have achieved. But more importantly, it enables us as business owners to understand how others feel when they embark on setting up and running their own business.

As a chartered accountant, I advise SMEs on the various stages of their business cycle; from streamlining processes to guiding them through the sale of their business. Unfortunately, the grey hairs mean I have many, many years of experience in a range of industry sectors.

When I’m not working, which is rare, my focus is on my extremely patient and supporting wife, two wonderful children and my three Siberian cats. I love anything to do with health and well-being and spend far too much time in the gym…it hurts more as you get older!

Rosanne Gordon
Managing Director

I’m experienced in a number of sectors including; manufacturing, retail, leisure and recruitment. After working as a Finance Manager for a number of years, I am now excited to be taking on the role of Managing Director here at Cloudsource Solutions.

Still a relative newcomer to the team, I am determined to help the company to continue to develop their diverse client base, while maintaining the strong ethos of creating a partnership with our clients. This gives them the confidence and ability to leave the numbers to us, while they get on with growing their own businesses and doing what they do best.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with family, socialising with friends, watching football, and one day soon I intend on getting back in the gym (I can dream!).

 

Rob Loveday
Operations Director

Prior to Cloudsource Solutions, I gained experience in retail, banking, customer service and office management roles, which eventually led me here. I picked up a few things along the way, which ultimately enabled me to help the company evolve from its humble beginnings to what it is today.

My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, keeping the Cloudsource Solutions office ticking over; human resources, payroll, client on-boarding and doing the bacon sandwich run on a Friday morning!

One of the best things at Cloudsource Solutions to me is seeing people’s confidence grow.

Out of work, I spend time with family, listen to music, watch sport, and I am a fan of food (eating, not cooking!).

Philip Barrett
Team Leader ‘Cranberry Shortbreads’

I have spent the last thirty years of my career in finance, working for companies from dynamic business start-ups to the more sober and regulated Financial Services industry, as well as in publishing, manufacturing, construction and retail businesses.

I currently head up a team of four, who handle the bookkeeping processes of multiple clients from varying sectors, including recruitment, catering, manufacturing and even a deep sea fishing fleet.

Away from work these days, I spend most of my time visiting historical sites, reading and going out for ice-cream (or dinner, as my other half Tracy likes to point out).

 

Lisa Anns
Team Leader ‘Maryland Cookies’

Having worked in finance for the last 5+ years, I am currently the newest Team Leader to join Cloudsource Solutions.

I currently look after a team of four young and enthusiastic employees who have a passion for all things financial, and this really shows in the work we do for our clients. We work with various business types, including; manufacturing, marketing, telecoms, catering and the list continues.

Out of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love to go on long country walks, listen to music, travel and I also have a passion for cooking and eating food!

 

Jo Reynolds
Team Leader ‘Hobnobs’

With seven years’ experience working in accounts, I have spent the last three years here at Cloudsource Solutions, expanding my knowledge within the different areas of finance. I enjoy problem solving, working in a team and providing an excellent service to our customers.

I am the Team Leader of Hobnobs. We are a team of five members, and between us we have nearly sixty years of various finance experience. Our client businesses vary from consultancy, recruitment, architects, designers, advertising agencies… to name but a few. We strive to ensure all our clients receive an excellent and personal service and will always go that extra mile!

Out of work, I am usually running around after my two children, listening to music and socialising with family and friends.

 

Trudie Henessy
Team Leader ‘Tunnock’s Teacakes’

I am one of the longest serving members of the Cloudsource Solutions team, with over five years’ experience. Throughout this time, I’ve improved my knowledge and am currently studying for my level four AAT qualification.

My team consists of four enthusiastic colleagues, racking up over 55 years of financial experience between us. As a team, we all have a passion for finance, and a love of customer service, problem solving and most importantly, happy customers!

Currently, our team looks after a large company with several businesses, and we manage all aspects of their finance, customer service, debt chasing and banking. What makes ‘Jammie Dodgers’ is our experience of working with client customers abroad, meaning we all have the ability to liaise and resolve most situations anywhere across the globe.

Out of work, I love to get baking in the kitchen and have recently become the proud owner of Hugo, a 4 month old puppy, who is currently taking up a lot of my spare time!
